These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Alon Kitchens ("Alon Kitchens," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website, products, services, consultations, estimates, kitchen design services, cabinetry, countertop services, remodeling services, installation services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products or services, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website and Services.
2. SERVICES
Alon Kitchens provides kitchen-related products and services, which may include:
Custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinetry
Kitchen design and 3D design services
Countertops and countertop installation
Kitchen remodeling and renovation services
Bathroom vanities and cabinetry
Closets and related storage solutions
Installation services
Project consultations and estimates
Related design, remodeling, and home improvement services
The specific products, materials, specifications, labor, pricing, and scope of work applicable to a project will be described in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, agreement, or other project documentation provided to the Customer.
3. ESTIMATES AND PROJECT INFORMATION
Estimates and proposals are based on information available to Alon Kitchens at the time they are prepared.
Pricing may be affected by changes in measurements, material selections, product availability, site conditions, design changes, unforeseen conditions, labor requirements, or other circumstances discovered before or during a project.
An estimate does not constitute a final contract for work unless accepted and confirmed in accordance with the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or other written documentation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, project requirements, measurements, access, and other relevant circumstances.
4. ORDERS, CUSTOM PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS
Certain products and materials offered by Alon Kitchens may be custom-made or specially ordered for a Customer.
Once an order for custom or specially ordered products has been approved, submitted, or placed with a manufacturer or supplier, cancellation, modification, return, or refund may be subject to the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's policies and the terms of the Customer's specific agreement.
Product colors, finishes, grain patterns, textures, natural stone characteristics, and other visual characteristics may vary from photographs, samples, displays, renderings, or digital representations.
Natural materials such as stone may contain variations, veining, color differences, patterns, and other characteristics that are inherent to the material.
5. DESIGN AND RENDERINGS
Alon Kitchens may provide drawings, layouts, measurements, 3D renderings, images, or other design representations as part of the Services.
Design renderings are intended to provide a visual representation of the proposed project. Actual products, colors, materials, dimensions, hardware, lighting, and other elements may vary from digital renderings or photographs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable designs, measurements, selections, and specifications before orders are placed or work begins.
6. PAYMENTS
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when purchasing products or Services.
Payment terms, deposits, balances, progress payments, and applicable fees will be established in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, or other written agreement.
Failure to make required payments when due may result in delays, suspension of Services, cancellation of orders, or other remedies permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the nature of the Services, products ordered, project stage, and applicable manufacturer or supplier policies.
Custom or specially ordered products may be subject to non-cancellation or non-refundable terms after an order has been placed.
Any specific cancellation, refund, or return terms contained in an applicable written proposal, invoice, purchase agreement, or project agreement will govern that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information concerning their project.
Provide reasonable access to the property when required.
Review and approve applicable designs, measurements, materials, and specifications.
Make required payments when due.
Inform Alon Kitchens of known property conditions that may affect the project.
Obtain any permits or approvals that are specifically the Customer's responsibility under the applicable project agreement.
Maintain a safe and reasonably accessible work environment for personnel performing Services.
Failure to satisfy Customer responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or changes to the scope of work.
9. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Alon Kitchens may work with manufacturers, suppliers, installers, contractors, subcontractors, delivery companies, and other third-party providers.
Product availability, manufacturing schedules, shipping times, delivery dates, and third-party performance may be outside of Alon Kitchens' direct control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays or changes when we become aware of them, but we cannot guarantee the performance, availability, or delivery schedule of third-party products or services.
10. MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS
Alon Kitchens may provide an SMS/text messaging program for customer-care, appointment, scheduling, estimate, project, and service-related communications.
A. Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number through an applicable form and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Alon Kitchens at the mobile number provided.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Alon Kitchens.
Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is collected separately where applicable.

F. No Marketing Use of SMS Consent Information
Alon Kitchens does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be used by third parties for their own marketing purposes.
